We specialize in post-surgical garments and products, including:

Important: Our products are not a substitute for medical advice. Customers should consult their healthcare provider for guidance. Product images and descriptions are for reference; slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The order is confirmed for shipment only once processed.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • We do not store full credit card details.

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping

Our shipping policies are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • Soft Goods (bras, compression garments, camisoles, scar management products): Flat $15 shipping within Canada; free shipping on orders over $150.

  • Breast prostheses: Flat $25 shipping (insured and signature required), regardless of order total.

  • Local pickup is available at our Port Coquitlam location.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the medical and intimate nature of our products:

  • Breast prostheses and worn garments are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Return or exchange eligibility for other products is outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing and product details before ordering.

8. Virtual Fittings and Consultations

  • Virtual fittings are offered to guide product selection.

  • Fit accuracy depends on measurements or information provided by the customer.

  • We are not liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate customer information.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
