At Inner Beauty Mastectomy Wear, we understand that many of our customers are recovering from surgery and value clarity, discretion, and reliability. This policy explains how shipping, returns, and exchanges are handled.

Shipping Information

Shipping Within Canada

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping so you know the cost upfront.

Soft Goods

(Mastectomy bras, compression garments, camisoles, scar management products)

  • Flat rate: $15

  • Free shipping: Orders over $150

  • Shipped via Canada Post or equivalent courier

Breast Prostheses

Due to their value and the need for insured delivery:

  • Flat rate: $25

  • Includes insurance and tracking

  • Signature on delivery may be required

  • This rate applies regardless of order total

Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available in Port Coquitlam, BC

  • You will be contacted when your order is ready

USA & International Shipping

At this time, international shipping (outside Canada) is available on request only.

Please contact us before placing an order so we can:

  • Confirm delivery availability

  • Provide an accurate shipping quote

  • Review customs considerations

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the intimate and medical nature of our products, hygiene and safety are our top priority.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Breast prostheses

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

The following may be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Unworn mastectomy bras

  • Compression garments

  • Scar management products

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery for issues such as: a) Incorrect size (either too big or too small)               b) General dissatisfaction or complaint (don't like it/thought it was something else)

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, all tags should be intact and attached,and the garment should be free of any stains, perfumes, or smoke scents.

  • Products must be in a clean condition, and free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.

  • Due to the intimate nature of these products, we apply strict hygiene standards. Items can only be accepted for return if they are in perfect, unused, and original condition, as they cannot be resold otherwise. This ensures the highest level of safety and care for all our customers.

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at inbeautymastwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions if approved

  4. We provide FREE return shipping for your first return only. After your first return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on subsequent returns or exchanges.

  5.  For your first return, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  6. All returns undergo manual inspection when received.

  7. If the return doesn't meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item may be sent back to you.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will resolve the issue promptly
